Simone has developed greater interest in writing since listening to artists, such as Mac Miller, Amy Winehouse and Tupac Shakur. Their words inspired her soul to the process of change and acceptance. This then furthered her visual creations by documenting images through her day to day life, reflecting her thoughts towards the moment of her personal captures. Simone indicates the idea of what her reality is like by creating photographs and photographic art, shot on both film and digital. She aims to share her visuals and thoughts towards the society she is surrounded by, showcasing that here.
